KITSETS:

A- Supply kitset materials & components to lockup stage less site labour and foundation setout and concrete.

B- Supply all components up to decorating stage as per materials list (electrical and plumbing fit-out not included)

POLE PLATFORMS:

All units can be placed on a pole platform at an additional cost.

BUILDING PERMITS:

We do all the work for you. We make the application and up lift the permit on your behalf. Or we can supply to your plans and spec's

SITES:

All buildings are supplied on to your level site, free of charge within 50km of Auckland City Post Office. Sloping sites, inaccessible areas, etc will be extra. other areas quoted on via location

PLANS:

Once a design is agreed upon, a $5000 plan deposit is required for working drawings and site plan, which is credited against the contract price. Or we can work to your design and plan.

PAYMENTS:

Due to the large amount of finance tied up in building materials, we ask for progress payments to be made as follows...

40% on signing contract
60% delivery: ex yard

FINANCE:

Our homes are built to New Zealand Standard Specifications and are eligible for all types of finance. We can offer Finance Facilities if required.

Cladding	Smooth or woodgrain hardiplank, Cedar Ply or upgrade to claddings of your choice, Building paper, flat and corner soakers as required.
Insulation	Wall and ceiling batts
Nails and Glue	Full kit provided includes all nails and fixings (includes Gib Screws) Please ask about gun nails.
Roof	Colour steel G2 Z Colour steel Rib or corrugate profile complete with all nails, paper under lay, flashings and ridging. Or other options available, tiles etc
