Homemaker Homes Ltd have been building Kitset homes since 1982. They cover NZ wide as well as supplying to the Pacific Islands and can develop or supply their own plans, or build to clients plans or requirements. Homemaker Homes  supply in 2 stages, i.e. - Shell Only Kitset houses ie: precut, prenail materials to lock up stage ( supply only), or Complete Kitset homes (i.e. all materials, kitchens, bathrooms etc up to decorating stage). (Supply Only)

We also supply for rent. hire or sale a range of portable cabins, sleepouts, offices or extra rooms. These are delivered to your level site, see our range under the cabins section

House designs include timber sub floor &  floors for a level site; if clients are supplying the concrete slab this price can be deducted from the contract price. There are a number of variations or options that are available to all kitset house plans, including windows, claddings and roofing materials - these are costed accordingly.

Homemaker Homes Ltd can do it all !! Whether it be applying for permits on the client’s behalf or supplying plans to councils for approval or supplying to clients plans and spec's.  All plans can be varied and adjusted to suit clients design and requirements. And don't forget we can supply to our design or yours as no two building sites are the same, plans and layouts can be varied to suit the site and individuals requirements.
